  • £29,120 annually (£14ph) + overtime
  • Full time 40 hours

Are you a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader and looking for unrivalled personal development in a learning disability supported living environment?

Working across several supported living homes in Weston and Clevedon you will be instrumental in leading a team of Support Workers to deliver care for adults with learning disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding care provider that is becoming the first choice for supported living in North Somerset.

In this role, you will contribute to the management and coordination of a team of support workers through supervisions, spot checks, staff rostering and medication observations.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for domiciliary care, live-in care, complex care, and learning disabilities support.

This role would suit anyone with a background in health and social care looking for progression and training to step up into a senior position.

The Role:
  • Assist in the management and coordination of a team of Support Workers
  • On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans
  • Staff Spot Checks
  • Hands-on support work to provide a full range of personal care, Medication Support and assistance with food and fluids.
The Person:
  • Background in health and social care as a care or support worker
  • Looking personal development and training step up into a senior role
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence
